Head over to this section of our website and download the DVF Vendor Registration 2023 and DVF Agreements & Conditions 2023. Fill out the registration form and return it to dlcallaway@gmail.com. Once you've completed the form, head over to this section of our website and submit your payment. Be sure to choose the option that corresponds with your vendor registration form!
