What to Expect
- All are welcome, this is a safe and family friendly event
- Admission is free—a $1 donation is suggested
- Clean restrooms are available
- Please be patient and considerate of vendors, volunteers and other guests
- Bring a folding chair or picnic blanket
- If you plan on attending a fitness demonstration, please bring any supplies that will be needed (sneakers, yoga mat, and water, etc.)
- Well behaved pets are welcome
- The weather will be beautiful!

An expert team of advisors, physicians, and survivors raise awareness about four lifestyle steps that can reduce the risk of breast cancer.

💚 Avoid alcohol
💚 Aim for an ideal weight
We'll be “beating the drum” for breast cancer prevention - there will be drum-lines from our local high schools, handouts and cancer survivors but most of all lots of fun!

Dr. Angela Davis-Brown MD is a specialist in family medicine. She has over 27 years of experience in the medical field.
She has expertise in treating chronic kidney disease, obesity, high blood pressure among other chronic health conditions. All chronic diseases have a quiet, insidious movement to them. We don't get cancer, CVD, kidney disease in a week. They take years to develop. Dr. Davis will share how to improve your internal environment with diet and lifestyle changes so you can be your healthiest YOU! We are blessed to have her join us this year!
