I started going to Life is Delicious classes 13 years ago. My cholesterol was through the roof. My doctor said if I didn't increase my medication dosage he was going to put me on an additional medication. I begin to walk but I didn't want to change my diet. Once I came to the realization that diet is a vital piece of the pie also. I was learning all of this in LID classes. Once I made the switch, everything started to change. within 90 days. My weight came down, no more cholesterol meds, and my doctor is asking me what did I do?? I replied, you need to join me bi-monthly taking Life is Delicious classes in New Castle. He just smiled!!
